Class Schedule

As Samantha's due date is approaching, her Yoga Schedule will be posted daily on her website.

To view if class will be in session, it will be posted directly to her website.

*Once Samantha has the baby it will be posted the time off that classes will not be held for and updated with a new schedule*

Class Descriptions:
All Levels: This class is designed catered to the individuals in the class customizing each class to the group welcoming all levels of yoga students. Beginners are welcome to come, modifications are to be made for any that may need them. Classes are designed to help you to develop a strong and flexible body while calming your mind. The classes will focus on building strength and flexibility, postures, alignment, breath, and meditation.

Calm Meditation: This class is designed to center and align your self with meditation and gentle postures. This class will be gentle, restorative poses with a focus on breath, linking breath with movement, meditation, and inspiring readings. Suitable for all levels of students.

There is a 24 Hour cancellation Policy.
If for any reason you are unable to attend the class you have signed up for, please cancel within 24 hours of the start time of class.
